Doors
There is no door from the kitchen into the rumpus, however doors into the bedrooms and laundry will be 820x2340mm Corinthian Balmoral 2 with Lockwood Velocity Summit handles.

To the alfresco will be an aluminium sliding door, 2100x2400 in Colorbond Paperbark.
Carpet
The bedroom will we carpeted with Belmont "Old Leather" cut pile plush. I can't find a picture of this.

Electrical
The rumpus room we have upgraded the single double power point to a quad power point. We have also added pre-wiring for a wall mounted TV which will provide an additional single power point, and added a double power point to the other side of the room.

The rumpus room will also have a phone/data, TV and pay TV point.
Lighting
The light in the rumpus room will be a single batten light to the centre of the room.
