The study is part of the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. There is no door, and the two half walls have large voids in them.
Tiles
The study, despite being part of the open plan living area, comes standard with carpet. We opted instead to upgrade to tiles for continuity in the house.
Tiles will be National Tiles "Wet Cement"

Lighting
We have upgraded the standard batten light fitting in favour of 4 LED downlights.

We have changed the standard double power point to a single quad power point. The study will also have a phone/data point.
